INTRODUCTION
Hi rune-server my name is khayam and im starting a rsps project called notorious, my aim is to create a something diffrent that stands out and will be enjoyed by the community, I'm hoping to improve my skill in java and learn alot on the creation of this project. This is a long term project for me so i dont know how long will it take to complete or when it will be playable.
Notorious will be a heavily edited server loading rs3 and osrs using pre-eoc combat system. The interface of the gameplay will be modified to match the 2011 era and will be a full economy server with lots of contents for pvp and pvm.
My aim is to create a rsps that is unqiue and will be enjoyed by the community. There will be no pay to win content and everything has to be earned, also to have a friendly environment to play and enjoy in.
COMBATCombat is pre-eoc with new emotes to make it look better. Constitution and prayer points have been reverted to 99 instead of 990 and x10 hits have been removed to give it an osrs feel. Dual wield combat is supported but not 100% confirmed if it will be added as of yet.
