Procedure for Divorce in India is that both parties need to file, the statements of both parties must be recorded, the court will analyze the statements and documents of both parties, and the court will pass the order in the first motion. If the situation is the same as before and no one wants to continue the marriage, then the court will pass the decree in the second motion in 18 months.
