Modvigil 200 is a wakefulness-promoting modafinil. Modafinil treats narcolepsy, OSA, and shift work sleep disorder drowsiness. Along with breathing devices or other therapies, it prevents OSAHS-related tiredness. Modafinil alters brain chemicals that regulate sleep and wakefulness. It cannot treat sleep disorders or occasional drowsiness that is not narcolepsy, sleep apnea, or shift work sleep issues.
