With the recent addition of DNT, all banned members are now allowed to request the DNT rank. DNT is a step into re-joining RuneLister as a regular member.
If we grant you the rank, you are encouraged to still post a pardon once you've fully repaid your debts and return in full capacity.

Once posted, an Administrator will determine whether or not you can return as a DNT member.
