I’m currently in the middle of my dissertation and starting to feel really overwhelmed with everything on my plate—deadlines, part-time work, and life in general. I’ve heard a few people mention they decided to pay someone to do my dissertation or at least get professional help with parts of it, like writing or editing.
I’m curious—has anyone here done this before? Was it actually helpful, and did it meet university expectations? I’m not talking about cheating or submitting work that’s not my own, but more about getting genuine academic support. Just trying to figure out if this is a practical option or something to avoid.
