Hey,
So ye just wanna bring this project out of shadows.
OSRS Open-Source Server base that's using https://www.rune-server.ee/runescape...d-release.html
Features:
OPRS Client #201 ye that HD Plugin,
Some bug fixes and some extra bugs,
#201 Npc Spawns Table just need to enable it,
And alot more of extra little things.
But ye still need to learn a lot of stuff, so if there is something im doing wrong let me know to improve ^_^

Couple note:
Not every packet is implemented so you will surely encounter like for example: Friends List missing and bunch of other packets,
Chatbox username disappear on login, when player stats get above level 1.
Public Chat mask not properly implemented so writing in-game will crash the client.
NPC's do not have any stats applied to them nor drop table is implemented yet.
Item effects aren't implemented as well.
Well ye there are a lot of things missing for now but ye, in future they will most likely be added.
Alter has a lot planned ahead, everything in time.
